🔁 Can I return an item?

You have 14 days from receipt to return a product to us.

👉 Return costs are your responsibility.

💸 When will I be reimbursed?

Once the return has been validated, the refund is made within 5 to 7 working days .

⚠️ Only the price of the products is refunded (excluding initial delivery costs).

In addition, as our service providers (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) do not reimburse their commissions, an amount of 5% of the total order is retained to cover these technical and banking costs.

✅ Exception: These fees do not apply if the return is due to a Quest Corner error (defective product, incorrect reference).

Here's how it works:

1. How do I use my points?

Once logged into your account, click on the “🎁 Rewards” button at the bottom of the screen.
You can redeem your points for instant discounts, products, or other benefits depending on your level.

2. Do my points expire?

Yes, after 24 months after gain

3. Can I combine a reward with a current promotion?

Discounts from your points cannot always be combined with current promotions.
But don't worry: you can always choose the best option before confirming your basket 🛒

If you choose a physical reward (like a booster or item), it will be automatically added to your next order.
No separate shipment will be made solely for a reward.

👉 Pourquoi ?

Ces produits ont des coûts d’importation très variables et parfois instables (douanes, transport, disponibilité dans leur pays d’origine, fluctuations de prix). Pour continuer à te proposer des tarifs justes et compétitifs, les points peuvent être désactivés sur ces articles-là.

🔍 Comment savoir si un produit donne des points ?

Sur chaque fiche produit, un encart “Points gagnés” apparaît automatiquement.

• Si les points sont affichés → ✔️ le produit génère des points
  
• Si aucun point n’apparaît → ❌ ce produit fait partie des exceptions
  

Nous restons totalement transparents. Ces exclusions représentent une petite partie du catalogue et permettent de maintenir des prix attractifs sur les produits les plus demandés.
