Yes, all our products are 100% official ✅
At Quest Corner, there's no room for doubt: every item comes from trusted distributors, with whom we work directly.
We are collectors before we are sellers, so you can order with your eyes closed. ✊
🎯 How does the Quest+ loyalty program work?
Our loyalty program allows you to earn points with every order and unlock rewards throughout your adventure.
Here's how it works:
- 🛒 1€ spent = 5 points
- 🎁 Exchange your points for € vouchers, discounts or exclusive products!
- 🧭 Level up to unlock ever more epic perks (more perks are coming for each level...)
- 🤝 Refer a friend and earn bonus points when they place their first order and get 5% off their first order.
1. How do I use my points?
Once logged into your account, click on the “🎁 Rewards” button at the bottom of the screen.
You can redeem your points for instant discounts, products, or other benefits depending on your level.
2. Do my points expire?
Yes, after 24 months after gain
3. Can I combine a reward with a current promotion?
Discounts from your points cannot always be combined with current promotions.
But don't worry: you can always choose the best option before confirming your basket 🛒
Important :
If you choose a physical reward (like a booster or item), it will be automatically added to your next order.
No separate shipment will be made solely for a reward.

💰 What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Payments, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.
🔒 Is my payment secure?
Of course! All transactions are secured using SSL protocol.
Shopify does not store any banking data.
📦 Where is my order?
🕒 When will my order be shipped?
We process orders within 24 to 48 business hours.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
🚚 What delivery methods are offered?
Colissimo and Mondial Relay currently available in mainland France. More options coming soon!
📍Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as it is sent, you will receive a tracking link by email.
🚚 Parcel insurance & delivery protection
What is parcel insurance for?
By checking the Protected Delivery option, you are covered in the event of:
– 📦 Loss of the package (if the tracking remains blocked and the non-delivery is confirmed by the carrier)
– 🚫 Theft (package not received or never arrived at destination)
– 💥 Significant damage during transport (in photo)
How does it work?
Contact our customer service with your order number, a photo if necessary, and a brief summary of the problem.
If the request is validated, we will return the products to you (if in stock) or refund you.
👉 This insurance is optional (but strongly recommended with Mondial Relay and during holiday periods)
It does not replace a standard return, and only applies once per order .
🔄 Returns & Refunds
🔁 Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt to return a product. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
💸 When will I be reimbursed?
Once the return is validated, the refund is made within 5 to 7 days.
📦 Which items cannot be returned?
Opened sealed products, promotional items, or mystery boxes are not eligible.
