You have 14 days from receipt to return a product to us.

💸 When will I be reimbursed?
Once the return has been validated, the refund is made within 5 to 7 working days .
⚠️ Only the price of the products is refunded (excluding initial delivery costs).
In addition, as our service providers (Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) do not reimburse their commissions, an amount of 5% of the total order is retained to cover these technical and banking costs.

Discounts from your points cannot always be combined with current promotions.
But don't worry: you can always choose the best option before confirming your basket 🛒
